Teams will have to compete to make an advert, which could be about a company product, (Time for you to find out what the employees REALLY think about that new product!) a famous film scene (James Bond proves most popular!) or even a news broadcast.
The day can be finished off in style with an Oscar Presentation deciding Best
Film, Worst Actor, Best Special Effects, etc.
Team building can either be taken as a fun event or as a serious challenge to enable employees to be able to operate efficiently as a group.
